We inspect first, tell you straight, and the quote covers the real job. No upsell, and no low price that grows once the pool is empty. If your pool just needs a clean-up, we will say so. If it needs a proper resurface, we will show you why before we quote.
Resurfaced for the long term, with no cut corners
We do the prep and repairs properly, use the right surface for the pool and do it once. A fresh coat of paint is not a resurface. It can look good for a season and then let go. Sometimes a pool needs more work underneath, and that costs more up front and lasts far longer.
We work hard to have it ready when you need it
We plan around your summer and keep you updated on the schedule. We work to your deadline, and we will tell you what is realistic once we have seen the pool, rather than promise a date we cannot control.
The Done-Once Method, in detail
This is how a job runs. Your written quote spells out each stage for your pool.
- Inspect. We look at the surface, tap the render, check tiles and coping, and talk through what you want.
- Quote. You get a written quote that itemises the work, so you can see what you are paying for.
- Check ground conditions. Before draining, we check the groundwater situation and the hydrostatic valve.
- Strip and prep. The old surface comes off and the shell is ground back to sound render.
- Repair. Drummy render is cut out and replaced and cracks are repaired properly.
- Finish. Your chosen finish is applied by hand in suitable weather.
- Fill and hand over. We fill the pool, take you through start-up water care and show you how to look after it.
